Delivery time is calculated = handling time + transit time.

• Your product will go into the handling process shortly after your order has been submitted.
• To estimate when you can expect your order, kindly consider these factors when calculating the estimated delivery date applied in regular seasons.

1. Handling time:

• After your payment is authorised and verified, your order will go into the handling process, which often takes 1–3 business days, depending on which product you purchase.

2. Transit time and costs:

• Currently, Bazatify.co.uk only supports orders delivered within the United Kingdom. We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.
• After the handling process is completed, your order will be shipped out, and it will take a few more days to arrive at your address. The estimated shipping time is listed below for each shipping method (estimated time in business days).
• Each Bazatify vendor has at least 1 of the 3 shipping types listed below and may have additional shipping options that are faster or cheaper than the shipping types listed below.

• Holidays and peak seasons: Due to certain UK public holidays, especially during peak seasons, it may take an additional 7 days for domestic deliveries.
• All transit time estimates do not include handling time.
• All shipments are provided with a tracking link. Please feel free to follow the tracking link to check your delivery status.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so that you can follow your order all the way home! Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, that just means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. When the parcel is scanned into the system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.

If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Order in queue!

After your payment has been posted, your order will go into a waiting queue for 6 hours before being sent to a fulfiller. During these 6 hours, you can change the order details (colour, quantity) or cancel the order.

Can I ship the order to multiple addresses?

Fulfillers ship only to single-destination shipping. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please order separately with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box or a military BFPO?

• You can have your order shipped to PO boxes and military BFPO (British Forces Post Office) addresses within the UK.
• Shipments to BFPO addresses can take longer than standard deliveries. Please note that once your parcel has entered the military postal system, we may not be able to provide detailed tracking updates for security reasons.

VAT taxes will be charged?

• The price of items listed on Bazatify.co.uk should include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). Bazatify.co.uk is not responsible for any additional customs duties or fees that may apply in specific circumstances, although as we currently only ship within the UK, these should not typically arise.
• For further information on VAT, please refer to the guidance provided by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) in the UK.
