Bazatify.co.uk prohibits the listing or sale of any item that is set forth in this list of prohibited items. If a seller lists a prohibited item, it will be deemed to be a violation of our Terms of Service, regardless of whether the seller acted intentionally or not. If Bazatify.co.uk determines that a listing is in violation or is otherwise inappropriate, it may, at its discretion, remove the listing and cancel any related transactions up to and including termination or suspension of the seller’s account.

Bazatify.co.uk may not be used in connection with any product, service, transaction, or activity that, in general:

  • Violates any applicable law or government regulation in the United Kingdom (UK), or promotes or facilitates such action by third parties;
  • Is fraudulent, deceptive, unfair, or predatory towards consumers in the UK;
  • Causes or threatens to damage Bazatify.co.uk’s reputation within the UK market;
  • Violates the terms of any bank, card, or electronic funds transfer network operating in the UK;
  • Results in or creates a significant risk of chargebacks, penalties, damages, or other harm or liability within the UK legal and financial context;

The list of prohibited items may be updated from time to time at Bazatify.co.uk’s discretion. Examples of items that fall under certain categories may also be expanded to provide better communication and context for our users in the UK.

Bazatify.co.uk may not be used to sell any of the following products or services:

  • Anything that is not a legal product under UK law.
  • Items listed at inflated prices where sellers attempt to profit from tragedies and disasters (such as specific UK-relevant events if applicable, or general terms like “natural disasters” or “public health emergencies”).
  • Stolen goods:
    • Note: If a purchased item is reported as stolen, a demand for return may be received from the victim or another legitimate party, and the item may be confiscated by authorities.
  • Counterfeit goods or goods infringing on a third party’s intellectual property rights under UK law:
    • Listings of non-brand, non-genuine, imitation, fake, or replica items.
    • Items in violation of copyright, including handmade or other items featuring copyrighted characters, brand logos, etc., without proper authorisation under UK copyright law.
    • Note: For listings of genuine brand-name products, proof of authenticity (such as serial numbers or receipts where applicable) may be required.
  • Any item that contains a computer virus, malware, spyware, or any other harmful software.
  • Digital items where the order is fulfilled electronically or requires a download, such as:
    • Ebooks, PDF files, user-generated content (UGC).
  • Items not in your possession and that you are not authorised to sell:
    • This includes coupons or vouchers for products where you do not have a direct agreement with the retailer.
  • Items that are a safety hazard according to UK safety standards and regulations, including but not limited to:
    • Items restricted from being shipped by Royal Mail or other UK delivery services due to safety regulations.
    • Products that have been recalled by UK regulatory bodies (e.g., Trading Standards, MHRA) should not be sold on the platform.
  • Products designed to circumvent copyright protection techniques or otherwise facilitate the unlicensed use of copyright materials under UK law (such as devices or instructions intended to bypass encryption on digital content).
  • Age-restricted products or products that require legal approval, seller/buyer registration, or specific licenses to be sold or purchased under UK law. This includes but may not be limited to:
    • Alcohol
    • Tobacco and vaping products
    • Certain types of knives
    • Firearms and ammunition (unless explicitly permitted under strict conditions and with necessary verification)
    • Certain medicines and controlled substances
  • Explicit items:
    • Pornographic or obscene materials that violate UK obscenity laws.
    • Sex toys and fetish items (consider if these are appropriate for your platform’s general audience and comply with any relevant regulations).
  • Offensive listings:
    • Items, listings, photos, or content that promote or glorify hatred, violence, racism, discrimination, or any form of illegal or harmful activity are not allowed (determined at our discretion, considering UK equality and anti-discrimination laws and standards).

Note: Any item may be removed at our discretion if we deem it inappropriate or harmful to our community or brand.
